Abstract

The elaborate scientist seeks to discuss the pathology of the construction in reinforced concrete and the resolutions of the maintenance problems. The research problem is summarized in what are the main solutions that can be taken to solve the pathologies in the armed concrete? The main hypotheses, in a schematic sense can be said that several techniques can be taken, but always based on efficiency in resolution and cost-effectiveness. The main objective is to analyze the pathological manifestations derived from reinforced concrete, its causes, forms of prevention and recovery, pointing out its better performance in general. As a methodology, the literature review was based on several studies already done in this area, which provided the necessary basis for understanding the phenomenon. The main pathological manifestations in armed concrete and the way of occurrence of the same are described, looking for appropriate ways to rehabilitate without aesthetics and structural behavior, in order to guarantee reinforcement and resistance so imperative to use the structure in a safe way to the users. Finally, with the results of the researched literature, it is possible to say that the resolutions of the pathologies in armed concrete will only be effective if carried out by professionals qualified and qualified for such
